Co-create learning experiences with us

Through our Virtual and Physical Career Simulation Programs, you can help early talent develop 21st-century skills, such as critical thinking, collaboration, and global awareness, among others, all of which are highly prized by employers today.

You can work with us in various ways. As an Event Speaker, you can introduce young talent to your profession through a talk and visual presentation during our live virtual career events. As an Industry Coach, you can co-create modular curriculums based on your expertise and conduct a live interactive learning experience for students as they solve a business problem. And if you’re not comfortable speaking to an audience, you can choose to solely be a Curriculum Designer and develop industry modules with us.

Co-creating a curriculum with us will initially take 5 to 10 hours and your teaching frequency will run from 3 to 25 hours or more per quarter, depending on your level of commitment.

If you choose to develop and execute a curriculum as an Industry Coach, you can teach and get paid. If money is not a concern, you can donate it to OWN Academy’s scholarship fund to support underserved students.

Tim leads LinkedIn's Large Enterprise Sales team in Southeast Asia, with nearly two decades of experience in the talent industry across APAC. Originally from Tasmania he has worked in different regions including Hong Kong and now Singapore. Tim represents Linkedln at conferences typically aimed at the C-suite level. He is passionate about workforce transformation, Al, in-deman skills, and building professional brands that connect people to opportunities.

Billy Tam is an architect turned entrepreneur with over 11 years of experience in 5 idea-to-exit startups in fitness, retail, and food and beverage. With 9 years of experience as a program facilitator, he was one of the pioneer entrepreneurship industry coaches at OWN Academy prior to joining the company. As the Director of Operations, he is responsible for overseeing all programs, facilitator recruitment and curriculum development at OWN Academy.
