OWN Inspiration Camp: Winter 2025
is a premier 5-day program where middle schoolers (ages 10-13) personalize their future. Here, they don’t just learn about careers — they intentionally choose industries they want to explore, and learn directly from professionals shaping the world. By the end of the week, students walk away with clarity, transferable skills, and networks that set them apart for life.

Orientation, Team Games & Skills Prep
Icebreakers, team challenges, and a skills workshop to prepare for industry exploration.
Day 2-4:
Industry Masterclasses
Students dive deep into one chosen industry each day with projects and guided mentorship.
Day 5:
The Grand Challenge & Celebration
Students take on a thrilling scavenger hunt, navigating a shopping mall to uncover how businesses operate. Each stop brings new challenges where they collect points, strategize, and collaborate — ending the week with a celebration of their growth.
