Day 1:
Discovering Connections
(9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
A full day of self-awareness, networking and team design.
Engaging Icebreakers: Fun and interactive games designed to spark instant connections.
Speaker Carousel: Meet industry experts, explore diverse career journeys, and uncover the secrets to building and thriving in successful teams.
Strengths Discovery: Identify your unique strengths through the Multiple Intelligence Test and Radar Cards for personal growth and self-awareness.
Interactive Networking: Practice introductions, active listening, and teamwork through dynamic networking games and activities.
Day 2:
Scavenger Hunt Challenge
(9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Real-world networking and teamwork come alive.
Industry Scavenger Hunt: Embark on a city-wide scavenger hunt to visit real companies, solve clues, strengthen teamwork, and test group dynamics in an exciting race.
Team Reflection: Review your team’s dynamics, identify strengths, and discuss areas for improvement. Reflect on how your team worked together to overcome challenges and achieve success.
Closing Ceremony: Celebrate your achievements and share your learnings in a meaningful presentation with fellow campmates.
