Haseena is a Legal Associate at Crimson Legal with expertise in corporate and commercial law. A graduate of Middlesex University with a First-Class Honours in Law (LLB), she has been involved in high-value transactions, including international M&A deals, share purchases, and drafting complex legal agreements. Haseena brings a detail-oriented approach to advising clients across diverse industries, contributing to impactful deals such as a $20 million oil and gas facility acquisition and a $10 million company purchase.
