Position: Sales & Marketing Specialist
Language: English is a must, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.
We are looking for someone with experience in B2B Schools / Education Institution Sales + Business Development Role.
The ideal candidate should love the interconnectivity of sales and marketing, understand the big picture and is obsessed with delivering our brand mission. He or she must be digitally savvy (understands and knows how to use all social media platforms), capable of creating effective sales & marketing strategies/ campaigns as well as execute and meet sales targets. Not a must, but this candidate should have the know of how to create compelling content (visual, audio and copy) based on understanding the audience and have the ability to evaluate a digital marketing campaign to guarantee the best outcome. Additionally, this candidate should have a good understanding of the goals of sales target.
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver results against targets
- Conduct market research, strategize and execute on sales strategy and
- Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist with sales
- Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns or Linkedin research
- Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables
- Plan and manage team for all sorts of marketing activities for brand building
- Manage the digital social media to drive awareness
- Create the company market proposition and recognition in the industry
- Plan and drive all public communications
- Identify and drive all potential leads from marketing activities
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in sales & marketing or related field
- Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Understand data analytics
- Strong and confident writer
- Love design / aesthetics
