Corporate Partnership & Business Developer

Position Overview

We are currently seeking an ambitious and highly-skilled Corporate Partnership Manager with a track record of exceptional, transformative management practices. In this role, you will be supporting the company’s mission of bridging students to the real world. Via developing relationships with industry partners, you will be creating opportunities for students to gain skills and real world working experience. The core of what we do is built upon these relationships with industry partners that allow for these opportunities. Candidates for this role will be strategic, knowledgeable, and also exceptionally well-versed in the latest sales and marketing techniques as well as tried-and-true practices.

Responsibilities 

  • Proactively networking with leading companies and suitable industry leaders in Hong Kong to better understand pain points 
  • Creating opportunities for students to solve said pain points, working within restrictions 
  • Work with CEO on sales and marketing strategies 
  • Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding KPIs 
  • Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition
  • Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team—provide motivation and inspiration
  • Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
  • Stay up-to-date on current market trends
  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value

Skills and Qualifications

  • Preferably experience in sales and marketing in an education setting
  • Knowledge in the education industry in Hong Kong
  • Preferably extensive network in the education industry
  • Knowledge about international schools in Hong Kong
  • Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully
  • Self-motivated
  • Work independently
