With a heightened awareness of the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, people have become more conscious of preventive measures such as regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and sufficient sleep to enhance overall well-being.

COVID-19 has also brought attention to the significant toll daily life takes on mental health. The stress, anxiety, and isolation associated with the pandemic served as catalysts for individuals to seek professional help, practice self-care, and embrace mindfulness and meditation to cope with the accumulated emotional challenges brought about by the pandemic.

This drastic shift in societal values has resulted in an increased emphasis on holistic health and well-being.
