Coach Bio:

Jorge is a registered architect in Spain and a member of the Architects Registration Board in the UK. He lived in Madrid, Turin, and London before moving to Hong Kong in 2013. He became a Design+BIM expert after years of developing projects and competitions in master planning and architecture, especially in China and Vietnam. In 2016, while pursuing his passion for outdoor sports, volunteering, and exploring new kinds of architecture in Bali, he joined Enzyme APD as a Design Director.

Course Breakdown

Program Objective:

– Learn the basic design principles of architecture
– Practice basic design techniques such as planning, space sketching, and modeling
– Create a final showpiece with digital modeling and showcase this for feedback
– Earn a summer internship (For exceptional students only)

Session 1: Intro to architecture and the design principles of architecture
Session 2: Practice basic design techniques such as planning, space sketching, and modeling
Session 3: Based on the given challenge, research, and ideate on the architecture. Introduction to the architecture digital tool
Session 4: Implement design into digital tools
Session 5: Create a final showpiece with digital modeling & Showcase of an architectural project for feedback
