When it comes to producing events, you need to be prepared to troubleshoot last-minute issues with a clear head and a smart, strategic game plan.
For this session, you’ll come up with a solution to a set design hiccup as the director of a theater performance in a small venue. You’ll also have to manage several stakeholders while being quick on your feet to resume production in a short amount of time.

- Meagan is the Head of Creation at Infocan Events in Hong Kong.
- Since obtaining her BFA in Canada with a Major in Theatre Production, she has worked extensively in event management and technical production. She worked on a variety of productions during her time in Toronto.
- Her career experience includes music festivals and concerts, sporting events, product launches, car exhibitions, and many other corporate events.
